When you book a transfer or tour. You can cancel and ask for your money back.
1-)You can cancel your transfers and tours at least 24 hours in advance. All your money will be refunded.
2-)You can cancel any of your transfer trips or your entire reservation online by accessing the “contact” panel for transfers and the “contact” panel for tours on our website. In case of cancellation of the transfer service, the full fee will be refunded provided that more than 24 hours’ advance notice is given. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time. If you are not entitled to a refund, you will always receive an email with cancellation notice, which you can use to claim the costs back from your tour operator, airline or travel insurance provider.
